Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • With all tags and labels intact
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Intimate wear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get the item you want without delay, as exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a return or replacement at our expense.
